Gordon Crawford
Gordon is a founder of ED Group (www.edgroup.je) and is involved at a management and strategic level in all aspects of the business. ED Group is Telrock’s ultimate parent and investor. Gordon founded London Bridge Software Group (LBSG) in 1987, developing the then leading collections and recovery software platform, Debt Manager. Gordon executed a successful IPO of LBSG in 1997 and subsequently under his stewardship as Chairman the company enjoyed significant growth in 17 countries across Europe, North America and Asia Pacific entering the FTSE 250 index. LBSG was acquired by Fair Isaac Corporation in 2004. Since 2004, Gordon has undertaken several business ventures, predominantly in the financial technology and renewable energy sectors, including two further entrants to the FTSE 250 index.
Dale Williams
Dale has more than 40 years’ experience of credit risk management and collections, in both senior operational roles at HSBC and Lloyds Banking Group in the UK and in software and analytics company senior management and executive roles at London Bridge Software Group, FICO, First American Corporation and FIS Global in the USA. As CEO, Dale is responsible for all aspects of the business and additionally serves as CEO of the company’s group parent, CITC Systems, Inc. Dale holds an MBA from the University of Sussex.
Mark Hutton
Mark is an IT Leader with 20 years experience directing technical and business innovation in both large and small organizations including prior positions at London Bridge Software Group, FICO and Ventech Solutions. At Telrock, Mark is responsible for the Product Management, Architecture & Design, Software Engineering and Quality Assurance of Telrock’s new, enterprise class collections and recoveries platform, Optimus. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Management from the University of Hull.
Ray Jackson
Ray has more than 20 years of experience in IT and Information Security (InfoSec) including a prior position at Moneycorp, a global international payments Fintech. Ray has extensive payment card security knowledge, through prior delivery of IT Security consultancy and as a Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Qualified Security Assessor. At Telrock, Ray is responsible for maturing the InfoSec governance framework, maintaining security posture, and delivering a cybersecurity programme in-line with business strategy and the technology roadmap.
John Hotti
John has more than 30 years experience in enterprise class software design and development including prior positions at Synon Ltd, London Bridge Software and FICO. At Telrock, John is responsible for managing the Product Management, Software Engineering and Quality Assurance of Telrock’s SmartConnect and SmartCollect platforms.
Andrew Pritchard
Andrew Pritchard joins Telrock Systems as Chief Strategy Officer, bringing over 20 years of experience in collections technology, across multiple sectors and countries around the world. Working alongside the leadership team, Andrew is tasked with crafting and executing Telrock’s long-term strategy, leveraging market insights and collaborative input from the Management Board. Previously, he co-founded and served as CEO at Arum, where he spearheaded significant growth initiatives and strategic partnerships for clients in over 20 countries. Andrew will support the already vastly experienced leadership team at Telrock and help to optimize Telrock’s market positioning, product development, and overall business success.
Sam Castillo
Sam Castillo is a finance leader for Fortune 500 companies and startups. Previously, Sam was Head of Finance, Canada with Avis Budget Group and brings over 20 years of finance and accounting expertise with a focus on helping clients. Sam earned his MBA and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. Sam lives with his wife Janis in Alpharetta, Georgia enjoying traveling and playing sports.
Steve Crowell
Steve has more than 30 years of experience in the design, development, and delivery of collections and other enterprise software for tier one banks and other major organizations including senior leadership roles with Information Technology & Services provider, CGI. At Telrock Systems, Steve is responsible for teams managing Service Desk Operations and Solution Delivery across Telrock’s USA and UK operating centres.
Michael Morgan
Michael has over 34 years in fintech with roles spanning sales and marketing, product management, and decision analytics. His primary areas of expertise include credit and collections, fraud, and payments, with global leaders such as Experian, AMS (now CGI), FICO and ACI Worldwide. At Telrock Systems, Michael is responsible for global sales and marketing for Telrock’s new, enterprise-class collections and recoveries platform, Optimus. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from The Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Master of Science in Management from Georgia State University.
Morgan Nagle
Morgan has over 30 years of experience in collections and debt recovery in both senior operational roles at PNC Bank and in senior product management and delivery management roles at London Bridge Software Group and FICO. At Telrock, Morgan is responsible for the innovative design and ongoing product management of Telrock’s new, enterprise class collections and recoveries platform, Optimus.
